CEO Who Hates His Title
Climbing mountains and living on the beach, Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia Outdoor Clothing, had no intention of being one of the most successful people in his industry. However, he has used his title and his company to do more than just tell southern frat apparel. Chouinard has driven environmental campaigns, started one of the first maternity leave programs, and changed the way we look at business. It’s people like Chouinard that make us realize that doing big business with a soul, while incredibly difficult, is possible.
